Grillz 

What is the differences between custom grills and pre-made grillz?

Our Custom Grillz are made from solid 10k, 14k, and 18k solid gold. These grillz are made custom to each person which we use a molding kit to get an impression of your teeth. These grillz can also be made with different designs for that truly custom look.

Our premade grillz are made from high quality stainless steel and plated with genuine gold. Our HQ grillz feature 18k IP gold plating (ion plating) which uses the newest gold plating technology. Because these grills are gold plated and not made from solid gold, we are able to sell them at a fraction of the price of real grillz while still offering the same look and feel as the custom grillz.

How long do the grillz last?

Our custom grillz are made from solid gold, solid white gold, and sterling silver so these grillz will never fade. They will last a lifetime as long as you take care of the grillz as you would with any other jewelry.

Our premade grillz are made from a base of stainless steel and plated with hq plating, they should last a long time.

In order to get the most out of your grillz, we recommend you do not smoke or drink with them in. This will help the grillz last longer because they are not exposed to harmful chemicals and fluids that may damage them.

How do your grillz work? Are they removable? Do you need to get a mold done from the dentist?

Our premade grillz use a special silicone bar fitting process that you can easily complete at home in 5 minutes. You only need to do the fitting process once. You can view our instructions on our “Grillz Instructions” page here. After you fit the product, you will be able to wear them and take them off any time just like our real custom grillz. Dentist or impressions are not required.

Our custom fitted grillz are also removable. Although the process is a bit longer, it allows us to make the grillz fit the mold of your teeth exactly so that you can guarantee the look and fit of the grillz.  With these grillz, we offer molding kits with your order so that you can make the impression of your teeth at home. Shipping & Delivery

If you are ordering a custom grillz, the molds will arrive in 3-5 business days. The entire process will take 1-2 weeks depending on the volume of orders and how busy our jeweler is.

Our pre-made grillz take up to 7-21 business days depending on order volume and holidays.

Where do you ship my order from?

We ship majority of orders from our warehouse located in Asia.

Other products such as custom grillz are shipped from the US from our jewelers based in Houston, Tx.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do.

What is my tracking number?

Please visit your order page to view your tracking number. If you cannot locate it, send an email through to info@industrypieces.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

I’m missing an item from my order.

If you’re missing an item from your order, please contact info@industrypieces.com for assistance.

I received a damaged or faulty item.

If you received a damaged or faulty item with your order, please contact info@industrypieces.com for assistance.

It says my order was delivered but I haven’t received it yet?

If your tracking number has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, please check any areas on your property that the parcel could have been left eg. front door, porch, mailbox etc. If you’re still unable to locate it please contact info@industrypieces.com for assistance.

Has my order been shipped?

Please visit your order page to view the status of your order. We recommend making an account with us to ensure you can find this information at all times.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Please note that some shipping methods may not include a tracking number. Please check our shipping page to ensure that your selected shipping method does come with a tracking number. If it does and the number is not working, please contact info@industrypieces.com for assistance.

Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet?

Some of our in demand items can take between 7-10 days to be processed, please rest assured that your parcel will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Order

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email through to info@industrypieces.com within 2 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will be eligible to be cancelled if contacted outside of this time frame.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return period?

Faulty, damaged or broken items can be returned for a refund within 14 days. Pre-made Grillz and Custom Grillz are non-refundable unless you received the wrong item.

I am over the return period, can I still return my item?

Please contact info@industrypieces.com for any special requests.

How long does it take to process a returned item?

It can take up to 30 days to process a returned item.

How long does it take to receive my refunded funds?

Refunded funds can take between 1-3 business days, from the time of processing, to appear in your account.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and a variety of Buy Now, Pay Later options.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information?

We employ a variety of safety measures to ensure that none of your personal information is accessible by an outside party. It is incredibly safe to order through our website.

Why isn’t my credit card working?

Occasionally, we do have payment issues with certain credit cards. Please either process your payment through PayPal or try another credit card. Also sometimes orders will have issues if the billing and shipping address do not match. If you’re still encountering an issue please contact us at info@industrypieces.com for assistance.
